The Olympus IPLEX RX IV9635RX is a high-performance industrial videoscope (remote visual inspection system) designed for inspecting difficult-to-reach areas inside engines, turbines, pipelines, and industrial machinery. Developed by Olympus Corporation, this portable inspection instrument delivers high-quality imaging, advanced articulation control, and rugged durability for demanding field inspections.

The IV9635RX model features a 6.0 mm diameter insertion tube with a 3.5 m working length, allowing inspectors to navigate narrow passages and complex internal structures. The probe is protected by a high-durability tungsten-braided exterior, which resists abrasion, crushing, and wear during inspections in harsh industrial environments.

The videoscope incorporates PulsarPic™ image processing technology, which enhances brightness and reduces image noise, providing clearer visualization of defects such as cracks, corrosion, and foreign objects. A powerful ultra-high-intensity LED illumination system ensures adequate lighting inside dark or enclosed components during inspection procedures.

For precise navigation, the instrument uses TrueFeel™ power-assisted articulation, enabling smooth and responsive probe tip movement with 130° articulation in four directions (up, down, left, right). This capability allows inspectors to maneuver around obstacles and capture detailed images of internal surfaces.

The IPLEX RX IV9635RX is equipped with a 6.5-inch daylight-view LCD monitor, making it easy to view inspection images even in bright outdoor environments.
