ABB GE GTUTK20 EntelliGuard Trip Unit Test Kit is a portable diagnostic and testing instrument designed for testing and configuring EntelliGuard™ TU trip units used in low-voltage circuit breakers. Originally developed by GE Industrial Solutions and now supported by ABB, this test kit allows technicians to verify breaker protection functions, simulate operating conditions, and adjust trip unit settings in the field.

ABB GE GTUTK20 provides temporary power to the trip unit so users can access configuration settings, review system data, and perform tests even when the breaker is carrying little or no load. It is widely used in maintenance, commissioning, and troubleshooting of EntelliGuard and Spectra Micro-EntelliGuard trip units installed in power distribution systems.

This compact test set supports several testing functions including trip testing, metering verification through phase simulation, and ground-fault testing with trip indication. It can also temporarily disable the ground-fault protection feature during certain test procedures, making it ideal for service engineers working on industrial switchgear and circuit breaker systems.

The GTUTK20 test kit can operate from a 100–240 VAC power supply or batteries, providing flexibility for both workshop and field use. It connects directly to the trip unit through dedicated cables and can also interface with a PC for downloading waveform data and configuring trip settings using dedicated software.
