The Fluke 199XRAY ScopeMeter is a specialized portable handheld oscilloscope designed for medical X-ray system testing and diagnostics. Developed by Fluke Biomedical, this instrument combines the performance of a high-end oscilloscope with advanced measurement functions specifically for evaluating X-ray generator performance.

The device provides up to 200 MHz bandwidth and a real-time sampling rate of 2.5 GS/s, enabling accurate analysis of fast electrical signals in medical imaging equipment. With its dual-channel input and deep memory capacity, engineers and biomedical technicians can capture and analyze complex waveforms produced by X-ray systems and other high-voltage medical devices.

One of the key features of the 199XRAY model is its ability to display kVp (kilovolt peak) waveforms and direct kVp values simultaneously, allowing technicians to evaluate X-ray tube performance without manual calculations. This capability significantly simplifies quality assurance and preventive maintenance procedures in hospitals and medical imaging laboratories.

The ScopeMeter also includes advanced analysis tools such as Connect-and-View™ automatic triggering, digital persistence, waveform comparison, and ScopeRecord™ long-term recording. Built for portability and safety, the instrument features fully isolated inputs rated up to CAT III 600 V / CAT II 1000 V and a rechargeable battery that provides approximately four hours of operation in field environments.
