The Topcon HiPer HR GNSS Base Rover Kit with FC‑5000 is a professional RTK GNSS surveying system designed for high-precision positioning, land surveying, construction layout, and geospatial data collection. Developed by Topcon Positioning Systems, the system combines the powerful HiPer HR GNSS receiver with the rugged Topcon FC‑5000 Field Controller to deliver reliable real-time positioning and data management in demanding field environments.

The HiPer HR receiver utilizes 452-channel GNSS tracking technology with Topcon’s Universal Tracking Channels, enabling it to track all available satellite constellations including GPS, GLONASS, Galileo, BeiDou, QZSS, and SBAS simultaneously for improved positioning accuracy and reliability. It also incorporates Topcon’s Fence Antenna™ technology and Integrated Leveling Technology (TILT™) with a 9-axis IMU sensor, allowing accurate measurements even when the survey pole is tilted up to approximately 15°.

The included FC-5000 field controller is a rugged Windows-based touchscreen tablet designed for outdoor surveying operations. It provides seamless control of the GNSS receiver and runs MAGNET Field software for data collection, mapping, and field calculations. With integrated Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, and cellular connectivity, the controller enables efficient communication between the base station and rover as well as real-time data transfer.

TOPCON KIT FC 5000 Designed for harsh field conditions, the HiPer HR receiver features a compact, lightweight design, IP67 dust and water resistance, and the ability to operate in extreme temperatures from -40°C to 65°C. Internal and external batteries provide up to 9 hours of operation, ensuring continuous performance during long surveying sessions.

The Base & Rover configuration allows one receiver to operate as a stationary reference base while the second functions as a mobile rover unit, delivering centimeter-level RTK accuracy for professional surveying and engineering applications.
