The SEBAKMT Correlux P‑2 Correlator Water Pipe Leak Detector is a professional digital leak detection system designed for locating leaks in pressurized water pipelines. Developed by SebaKMT (part of the Megger Group), the Correlux P-2 uses advanced acoustic correlation technology to precisely determine the location of leaks in municipal water networks, industrial pipelines, and underground distribution systems.

The system works by placing two highly sensitive sensors (piezo microphones or hydrophones) on accessible points of a pipeline such as valves or hydrants. When water escapes through a leak under pressure, it produces a sound that travels along the pipe in both directions. The Correlux P-2 records these signals and calculates the exact leak position by analyzing the time delay between the two signals, the distance between sensors, and the speed of sound in the pipe material.

The correlator features a compact and rugged field design, making it suitable for use in demanding environments such as water utilities, municipal infrastructure maintenance, and pipeline inspection projects.
